Functional Movement Screen

I will test your Mobility and stability using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) protocol.

FMS results are used to determine the appropriate entry into any form of fitness training from beginner to elite athlete.  FMS sets a baseline of your functional movement abilities and limitations.

Injury prevention is an important goal for fitness training and the FMS is an important tool for the assessment of injury risk. FMS will assist in program design by systematically using exercise to normalize or improve your fundamental movement patterns.

I recommend a Functional Movement Screen before a new exercise program is written.
