My goal is to provide information suitable for the Novice person joining their first gym through to the competitive athlete.

You may be wondering who I am, well that is hard to answer, but in terms of the gym and lifting weights, I am a former Australian Bench Press Champion and competitive lifter, I am also a qualified powerlifting coach, Sports Trainer and Massage therapist with a focus on sports massage. I also have the advantage of being female.
