It is the beginning of a new training cycle for Gympie Powerlifting. I will be coaching at Gympie City Gym on the following days and times.

What are your thoughts about training late in the day, like after 8pm? I have read different things, but this is actually the best time for me to workout. However, training so late gives me a burst of energy, and I have a really hard time going to sleep at a decent time. Right now, I am only getting about 5-6 hours of sleep a night, which I think is negatively impacting my progress.

Please specify timezone. For those of us who do not live in your city or country do you have your training videos on YouTube? Or do you have a site with online illustrations? Do we need any particular equipment e.g gloves? Do we also need need to be on a particular diet? Do we need to have more proteins? Or protein shakes to participate in powerlifting?
